If you have been contacted by someone regarding the resale of your unit on the website listingdepartment.com, please be advised that this is NOT a Festiva affiliated company, nor can we verify their legitimacy.
We have had reports from several owners and members who have been contacted by e-mail or regular mail and we are currently investigating this company.
If you have received an e-mail from this or any other suspicious company please forward it to ownerservices@festiva.travel.
Please note that Festiva does not offer a resale program at this time. Further, if anyone from Festiva does contact you, their e-mail address will end with @festiva.travel. An e-mail from any other domain regarding your ownership or membership could be an illegitimate business and should be forwarded to us for further investigation.

Wolfe’s Neck State Park
Wolfe’s Neck State Park is located just five minutes from the shopping district in Freeport, Maine, and it is a beautiful sight to withhold. There are numerous walking trails for you and your family to go on and you will rarely run into anything but wildlife at this time of year, so you will have to place to yourselves!
Some of the trails will lead you down onto the rocks that lead into the water, some will take you higher up over looking the water, and some just take you deep into the woods. Bring your dogs and enjoy the beautiful outdoors! Bundle up, see some of the wildlife around you, and enjoy being near the ocean and the Maine woods in the winter time.
Some more outdoor activities that you can your family can partake in can be anything from going on lighthouses tours, seeing what fairs and festivals are being held in your area, sledding, ice skating, skijoring with your dogs or snow shoeing. The options are endless and the outdoors hold a lot of fun for everyone!

The Landing Restaurant has been remodeled

If you haven’t had a chance to check out The Landing Restaurant since they remodeled it, you need to make that your next dinner stop! They claim to have the best seafood in town but why not be the judge for yourself? Both the restaurant and sports bar have been remodeled. Also, if you are ever in need of a great function room, they now have three areas with seating for up to 100 people.
You’ll stay entertained before, during and after the meal with three large high-definition flat screen televisions, a Nintendo Wii, some video games, a jukebox and a dart lane. Their current dining room hours are Monday-Wednesday from 4-9 pm and Thursday-Sunday from 11am-9pm. Their bar is open daily until 11pm. Daily Happy Hour from 4-6pm includes half-price beers, drinks and appetizers. Their new menu is full of specials and signature dishes including soups and salads, seafood, pasta, beef, chicken, pork, sandwiches, burgers and beverages. They are located on Roosevelt Trail in North Windham and they can be reached at 207-892-2299.
