Let it snow!
The forecast shows nothing but snow in sight for the next few days which is a good thing for some people and a bad thing for other people. If you like to ski or snowboard, Lost Valley in Auburn is the place for you! Lost Valley was the first in Maine to make artificial snow but I’m not sure how much of the fake stuff they’ll need with all this real snow that we are getting bulldozed with!
Lost Valley offers two chair lifts with 15 different trails to choose from such as Squirrel Run, Bull Moose, Alpine East and more. There is also self operated electronic timing available to practice your racing. The lifts are open from 2:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Thursday. Friday operating hours are 10:00am-9:00pm. On Saturdays they are open from 9:00am-9:00pm and on Sunday’s they are open from 10:00am-5:00pm. They have several different ticket combinations for your convenience.
